Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Logigofast ("we," "our," or "us"), we aim to provide reliable logistics, transportation, and warehouse services to meet your delivery and shipment needs. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
a. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel their service requests under the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellation requests can be submitted through our customer support team or online portal.
b. Late Cancellations
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, the following fees may apply:
- A cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the service cost may be charged.
- In cases where the service has already commenced, no cancellations will be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- The service was not completed due to an error on our part.
- The goods were damaged during transit, and a claim has been filed and approved.
- A cancellation was made in compliance with the terms outlined in Section 1.
b. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must:
- Submit a refund request within 7 days of the service date.
- Provide all relevant documentation, including proof of payment and any supporting evidence.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
c. Non-Refundable Services
The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:
- Services completed as per the agreed terms.
- Delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or political disruptions.
